STUDI KOMPARATIF PEMBATALAN PERKAWINAN DI NEGARA MESIR TURKI DAN INDONESIA

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pembatalan perkawinan dalam hukum keluarga di beberapa negara Asia Tenggara dan Timur Tengah. Terutama fokus kajiannya ada negara Mesir, Turki dan Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan tentang pembatalan suatu perkawinan di negara-negara yang telah disebut diatas. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketiga negara tersebut memiliki penyebutan pembatalan perkawinan yang berbeda, serta kebijakan dan undang-undang yang berbeda. hal ini berdasarkan latar belakang dan kebutuhan masing-masing negara, pembaharuan hukum juga menjadi penyebab adanya perbedaan aturan mengenai pembatalan perkawinan.References

- The manuscript should be submitted through the website of ahlana or by sending it to the journal email: jurnalahlana@uinsu.ac.id.
- The manuscript should be in doc or RTF file format.
- Footnotes and references must be typed according to the Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note) utilizing the Reference Manager Tool either Mendeley or Zotero.
