Abstract

Mengingat begitu berartinya peranan guru dalam upaya kenaikan kualitas pendidikanmaka selayaknyalah apabila keahlian guru ditingkatkan lewat program pembinaan secara terus menerus, supaya paar guru benar-benar mempunyai keahlian yang cocok tuntutan proesional" Salah satu metode buat melakukaan pembinaan proesionalitas kinerja guru dalam bidang akademik butuh diadakan aktivitas pengawasan akademik di sekolah oleh pengawasakademik yang proesional. Pengembangan supervisi pendidikan dalam ruang lingkup sekolah sebagai hasil dari kualitas pendidikan, tentu dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa dan itu berarti meningkatkan kualitas lulusan sekolah.
