Esensi Ajaran Buddha tercakup dalam tiga kaidah dari Jalan: pelepasan yang pasti, hati yang mengabdi, dan kebijaksanaan dalam menyadari kekosongan (sunyata). Pada awalnya, manusia berusaha untuk keluar dari kemelut masalah-masalah mereka dan sebab-sebabnya. Lalu, mereka melihat dirinya juga mempunyai masalahnya sendiri, dan dengan cinta kasih dan belas kasih, mereka mengabdikan hati ini untuk mejadi seorang Buddha, agar mereka dapat benar-benar menolong yang lain. Untuk melakukan hal ini, mereka mengembangkan kebijaksanaan dengan menyadari hakikat sebenarnya dari dirinya dan fenomena lainnya.Downloads
