Abstract

Ibnu Taimiyyah dalam permasalahan akidah, ibadah dan muamalah kerap mewarnai manhaj Salafi. Ulama Salafi terkemuka seperti Syekh Abdul Aziz bin Bâz, Syekh Utsaimîn dan Syekh al-Albânî kerap mengutip pendapat kedua imam tersebut. Sehingga dalam permasalahan ibadah misalnya, mazhab Hanbali menjadi mazhab utama dalam pendapat fikih aliran Salafi. Hal ini dapat dirasakan dan dilihat dengan jelas mazhab Hanbali dijadikan sebagai mazhab resmi di Saudi Arabia sebagai manba‘ (pusat) aliran Salafi di era kontemporer ini. Pelajaran fikih mazhab Hanbali dan kitab Aqidah Washitiyah karya Ibnu Taimiyyah menjadi buku rujukan wajib pada mata pelajaran fikih dan tauhid. Dalam artikrl ini akan dibahas seputar pengaruh kedua ulama tersebut terhadap paham aliran Salafi.
