Artikel ini merupakan hasil studi kepustakaan terhadap hukum normative Islam berkenaan dengan metode atau langkah kompromistik imam Sya'rani dalam Ta'arud Al-Adillah. Secara deskriptif, artikel ini memaparkan tentang latar belakang lahirnya metode kompromistik imam Sya'rani dan implikasinya terhadap hukum islam. Penelitian ini menemukan tiga hal: model pendekatan takhfif dan tasydid, latar belakang penggunaan metode kompromistik, dan implikasi penerapan metode kompromistik imam Sya'rani dalam ijtihad.Downloads
