Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan studi kualitatif terhadap budaya organisasi pondok pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Paya Bundung Medan. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan tentang sejarah keberadaban pondok pesantren Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Paya Bundung Medan. Dalam konteks budaya pondok pesantren, yaitu budaya kasat mata (tangible culture) dan budaya tidak kasat mata (intangible culture). Secara ekstensif, penulis artikel ini memaparkan kedua bentuk budaya tersebut dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan pada Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Paya Bundung Medan. Lewat analisisnya, penulis artikel bahkan mengargumenkan bahwa kedua bentuk budaya tersebut telah menjadi factor utama keberhasilan pendidikan di Pesantren ar-Raudhatul Hasanah.
