Artikel ini berupaya menelusuri secara analisis radikalisme dan terorisme di negara-negara Muslim dan non-Muslim. Penelusuran data merujuk pada “Country Reports on Terrorism 2017” laporan Biro Anti Terorisme Amerika Serikat, yang dirilis bulan September 2018. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemaknaan dan identifikasi terhadap radikalisme dan terorisme masih ambigu. Bagi Barat sendiri (AS) radikalisme dan terorisme adalah segala hal yang menentang dan bertentangan dengan Barat. Apa yang diistilahkan sebagai radikalisme dan terorisme hanyalah values judgment yang belum tentu sesuai dengan fakta, bahkan dibuat untuk-dalam konteks politik global-melanggengkan hegemoni Barat terhadap dunia Muslim.Referensi
