Peran Government Cyber Public Relations dalam Komunikasi Digital Pemerintah Jawa Barat melalui Platform “Sapawarga”

Transformasi komunikasi publik di era digital menuntut pemerintah daerah untuk beradaptasi melalui strategi komunikasi berbasis teknologi, salah satunya dengan penerapan Government Cyber Public Relations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Government Cyber Public Relations dalam mendukung komunikasi digital Pemerintah Jawa Barat melalui platform Sapawarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan pendekatan PRISMA, menganalisis 15 artikel terkait yang terbit pada periode 2015-2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sapawarga berfungsi sebagai kanal komunikasi dua arah yang efektif dalam meningkatkan transparansi, partisipasi publik, dan akses informasi, sejalan dengan teori Cyber PR dan good governance. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan perlunya perlindungan data pribadi dan literasi digital warga sebagai aspek etis yang harus diperhatikan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan konsep Cyber PR di pemerintah daerah Indonesia sekaligus menjadi rujukan praktis dalam merancang strategi komunikasi publik yang adaptif di era digital.Kata kunci: Government cyber public relations; komunikasi digital; sapawargaReferences
