POLUSI DIGITAL KRISIS EPISTEMIK DAN TATA KELOLA KEBENARAN DALAM PERADABAN DIGITAL

Polusi digital yang dalam artikel ini didefinisikan sebagai kontaminasi sistematis terhadap informasi lingkungan masyarakat melalui disinformasi, informasi palsu yang diperkuat secara algoritmik, penetrasi epistemik yang direkayasa, serta konten yang merusak epistemik dan didorong secara struktural merupakan salah satu tantangan peradaban paling krusial di abad ke-21. Artikel ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual yang disebut Kerangka Tata Kelola Kebenaran (Truth Governance Framework /TGF), yang mengintegrasikan kesiapan sipil (civic kesiapan), komunikasi jurnalistik profetik (berlandaskan nubuwwah), dan lembaga epistemik generasi berikutnya sebagai variabel yang saling bergantung dalam tata kelola ruang publik digital. Dengan mengacu pada epistemologi, teori komunikasi, filsafat ilmu pengetahuan, dan kajian dari Global Selatan termasuk kontribusi jurnalisme profetik asli dari M. Yoserizal Saragih (UIN Sumatera Utara, Indonesia) artikel ini berpendapat bahwa kontaminasi digital bukanlah kegagalan teknis semata, melainkan patologi struktural kapitalisme digital yang menuntut tata kelola epistemik terintegrasi, bukan moderasi konten yang reaktif atau parsial. Tiga proposisi teoritis teoritis dikemukakan: (1) polusi digital sebagai krisis ontologis yang secara kualitatif berbeda dari sekadar misinformasi atau disinformasi, (2) komunikasi trans-nubuwwah sebagai model profetik-epistemik untuk jurnalisme yang bertanggung jawab terhadap peradaban, dan (3) TGF sebagai arsitektur yang dapat diuji, relevan dengan kebijakan, dan dapat diterapkan secara global untuk perbaikan epistemik. Artikel ini diposisikan sebagai kontribusi dari wacana Global Selatan mengenai tata kelola epistemik dan sebagai teks dasar bagi bidang studi peradaban digital yang sedang berkembang.References
