Abstract: Masa pandemi covid-19 ini menimbulkan berbagaidampak dalam segi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya yaitu darisegi psikologis bisa membuat orang mengalami anxiety yangberlebihan. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana cognitivebehavior therapy dapat mengatasi kecemasan pada masapandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah studi literatur.
