ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL KARIER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERENCANAAN KARIER SISWA SMAN 1 DAMPAL SELATAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan E-Modul Karier guna meningkatkan perencanaan karier siswa SMA. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan penyebaran angket kepada 30 siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Dampal Selatan, yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 70% siswa tidak memahami perencanaan karier, dan 75% belum menentukan pilihan karier. Kendala utama adalah minimnya informasi karier dan terbatasnya layanan bimbingan konseling akibat rasio guru-siswa yang tidak ideal (1:650). Siswa menginginkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang fleksibel, mudah diakses, dan mencakup materi seperti pemahaman diri, minat, bakat, tipe kepribadian, serta jalur karier. E-Modul ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung siswa dalam eksplorasi dan pengambilan keputusan karier secara mandiri..
