PENGARUH INFORMASI COVID-19 MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMEN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh informasi wabah Covid-19 di media sosial dengan perilaku konsumen muslim sebagai bagian dari proses pertimbangan sebelum menentukan keputusan konsumsi. Faktor-faktor perilaku konsumen yang digunakan yaitu faktor budaya (X1), sosial (X2), pribadi (X3) dan psikologi (X4) sebagaimana teori. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi logistik biner dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengolahan data, diketahui bahwa keempat faktor mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen secara positif. Berdasarkan pengolahan parameter secara individual, faktor budaya (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangan ketiga faktor lainnya (sosial, pribadi dan psikologi) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumsi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi kenaikan konsumsi bagi konsumen muslim dengan adanya informasi wabah Covid-19 tetapi kenaikan tersebut dinilai tidak signifikan. Hal ini sejalan dengan teori rasionalitas konsumen muslim yang mengutamakan konsumsi pertengahan dan tidak berlebihan.References
