Handling of malnutrition is closely related to the strategy of a nation in creating healthy, intelligent and productive human resources. This study aims to determine the relationship between Index. Body Mass and Hemoglobin Levels with student achievement of Diploma 3 Midwifery study program STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta. The research method used was analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in the D3 Midwifery Study Program at STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta by measuring the Body Mass Index and Hemoglobin Levels of the fourth semester female students, learning achievement was measured by the absolute value of the grade point average (IP). The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the Chi Square Crosstabs analysis method. The results of the chi-square correlation test between body mass index and Learning Achievement Index obtained a value of ρ of 0.040 (<0.05), which means that there is a relationship between body mass index and Student Learning Achievement Index. And the chi-square test results between hemoglobin levels and the Learning Achievement Index obtained a value of ρ of 0.049 (<0.05), which means that there is a relationship between hemoglobin levels and the Student Learning Achievement Index.
