Implementasi Manajemen Administrasi Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi manajemen administrasi Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah (PWM) Sumatera Utara dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan desain mixed methods konvergen paralel yang memadukan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner terstruktur berbasis sensus dan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion (FGD), serta analisis dokumen organisasi. Populasi sasaran adalah seluruh Ketua Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) se-Sumatera Utara, dengan 16 responden yang berhasil memberikan data lengkap. Enam dimensi dianalisis: Perencanaan Strategis Administrasi (PS), Pengorganisasian Sumber Daya (PO), Sistem Pengendalian dan Pelaporan (SP), Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Kelembagaan (KK), Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia Administrasi (KS), dan Efektivitas Organisasi (EO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja manajemen administrasi yang tinggi secara keseluruhan dengan rerata total 4,42 (SB = 0,63). Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Kelembagaan merupakan dimensi dengan skor tertinggi (M = 4,53; kategori Sangat Baik), sementara Kapasitas SDM Administrasi merupakan dimensi dengan skor relatif terendah (M = 4,20; kategori Sangat Baik). Seluruh dimensi menunjukkan reliabilitas internal yang sangat andal (Cronbach's α = 0,81–0,95). Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa kelima dimensi manajemen administrasi berkorelasi signifikan dan positif dengan efektivitas organisasi (r = 0,72–0,86, p < 0,01). Analisis regresi berganda menghasilkan koefisien determinasi R² = 0,862, artinya kelima dimensi secara bersama-sama menjelaskan 86,2% varian efektivitas organisasi. Dimensi KK (β = 0,686) merupakan prediktor terkuat. Temuan kualitatif menguatkan hasil kuantitatif dengan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan digitalisasi, keterbatasan pelatihan SDM, serta inkonsistensi SOP sebagai agenda perbaikan prioritas. Diusulkan Kerangka Peningkatan Manajemen Administrasi Strategis (KPMAS) berlandaskan tiga pilar: pengembangan modal manusia, transformasi administrasi digital, dan standardisasi tata kelola, yang semuanya diintegrasikan dalam kerangka nilai-nilai Islam (amanah, syura, mas'uliyah).Referensi
